Anger is a basic human emotion. Exploring your anger can be difficult, because anger sometimes makes us vulnerable to other emotions, such as hurt, rejection, sadness, and abandonment issues.
Its important to recognize the connections between your anger and other issues you are currently experiencing or have had in your past. Counseling can uncover these deeper emotions and help you understand how your anger might be a signal for unmet needs.
Our practice is comprised of NAMA Certified Anger Management Specialists. If requested, we can provide a certificate of completion after of eight weeks of anger management sessions.
