Anger is a basic human emotion. Exploring your anger can be difficult, because anger sometimes makes us vulnerable to other emotions, such as hurt, rejection, sadness, and abandonment issues. It is important to recognize the connections between your anger and other issues you are currently experiencing or have had in your past. Counseling can help you uncover these deeper emotions and bring to your understanding how your anger can serve as a signal for unmet needs. If you think you may have a problem with anger, contact us for an initial appointment or consultation. Ms. Eubanks is a certified Anger Management Specialist, upon completion of anger management therapy or group therapy, you will receive a certificate, upon request.
