Anger Management Group Therapy
Anger Management is designed to meet the needs of individuals who are dealing with anger, seeking help with their anger, and interested in learning new skills with their anger. The groups have been successful in the past with individuals leaving with new ways to deal with their anger, along with increased self-confidence, and improved relationship skills. Group sessions run in 8-week cycles lasting up to 90-minutes. This program is designed to educate and help clients gain awareness and learn new skills to understand their anger.
